Does buying the Survivor Expansion Pack give you the exclusive DLC cosmetics?

I think all (or most) of DLC give you some exclusive cosmetic (Like the Felix jacket)
Do I still get the exclusive DLC cosmetics if I buy the expansion or not? Does anyone know?
(I already have all DLC, I'm helping a friend who started playing recently)

While I'm not sure, I would assume not, as those cosmetics are advertised as being exclusive to their respective DLCs.
