Nerves of steel Steam achievement no progression.

I've played about 30+ hours in the last 2 weeks and the Nerves of steel Steam achievement has been stuck on 117. Great skill checks, normal skill checks, doesn't matter it stays at the same amount.
Very annoying for an achievement hunter like me.
