Flashbangs are not Deafening Killers

Flashbangs are bugged completely and aren't deafening killers. This is really frustrating as its core to my playstyle and build. This is consistently recreativable just in a custom game. PLEASE fix this assap. I'm sure many survivors dont even know that its bugged because its a mechanic of the perk that is more used by skilled survivors but also its hard to tell its not working, and killer players arent saying anything.
