Some perks changes that could be useful
Iron Will: Remove the exhaustion part
Dead Hard: Maybe it should deactivate only when use succesfully
NOED: Make it activate when there's two dull totems available, clease one deactivates the perk.
No Way Out: It shows the aura of the survivor who tried to open the gates, the perk deactivate when there's only one stood survivor
Hope: Should deactivate once the gates are opened
Boon: Circle of Healing: Remove the heal penalty of the medkits
Adrenaline: It shouldn't work after you get unhooked
Buckle Up: Gives Endurance effect only when the downed survivor get healed for 10 seconds.
DS: Gives survivor a 30% haste for 2 seconds after use succesfully or Endurance for a couple of seconds.
Ultimate Weapon: Activates after hooks or extend the cooldown. Deactivates when there's only one stood survivor.
Hangman's Trick: You can see the aura of survivors near to hooks when you're carrying a survivor. If any survivor sabotage a hook, they get exposed for 60 seconds.
Corrective Action: The skillchecks zone for other survivor who are repairing increased 15%, your skillchecks zone is reduced by 15%
Predator: Scratch Marks last for 3 seconds longer and survivor's steps are louder
THWACK!: Remove the hook condition
Save the best for last: Lose tokens even with special attacks

I heard that DH is deactivated when it is only successfully used...Maybe I am remembering incorrect.
Changes for COH and Thwack seem decent.
Personally I don't think that Hope, NOED, and STBFL deserve nerf.
If I buff Iron Will, I would rather increase the number to 90% than removing exhaustion part. You know, it is hard to control your breathe when you are exhausted. Maybe I am being too realistic in this game...

I'm a pretty big fan of that Hangman's Trick change, would make the perk more interesting and useful at deterring sabotages.
