Some survivor perks buff suggestions
Dance With Me: The time that you din't leave scratch marks increased to 10 seconds. Now you also get 5% haste effect for 10 seconds. Cooldown is decreased to 30 seconds
Diversion: Cooldown is now charged no matter of killer's terror radius.
Autodidact: The penalty of removing healing progression bar is decreased to 15% from 25%. Increases the probability of skill check to be appeared when you are healing someone.
Scavenger: Remove penalty of reducing efficiency of toolboxes
Plot Twist: Your aura is now revealed to nobody when you are in dying state by this perk.
Lucky Star: You don't reveal not only your blood pool but also your scratch marks for 10 seconds after you came out from the cabinet. After getting out from cabinet, you can see the aura of other survivors or the killer who are in 32m radius from you.
Desperate Measures: Now this perk also increases gen repairing speed.

Borrowed time is problematic since you could basically solo safe against almost everything perhaps even without going down...
Scan enger would be really strong, too strong I think.
The rest is debatable, but those are no good.

Dance With Me would definitely become meta with that haste buff, MFT all over again. It'd probably be okay without that.
Diversion buff is fine, it's a pretty inconsequential perk.
That Autodidact buff could be too strong depending on the increased skill check probability. If you ask me they should just remove the penalty, and give 10% progress per token up to 5 tokens.
The Scavenger buff is exactly how it was on the PTB, which is way too strong. That's up to 26 extra seconds saved on a gen just for hitting skill checks.
Plot Twist and Lucky Star are mostly fine.
Desperate Measures buff is the most busted thing of all. Have fun facing 56% faster repair speed.
