Not getting in a chase even if I am 4 meters from the survivors is back

I made a report a while ago about this bug with video evidence, where you will never get in a chase with a survivor unless you injure them, well it's back, it happened today, I managed to get into few chases and get 2 stacks of PWYF and after that I couldn't get into a single chase all game, I hope it's patched when chucky comes out in 3 days.
