Need an in game chat to message friends from another platform
It's not currently possible to communicate with them in any way if they are on PC and you're on Console. If a small chat box was added in the friends list tab in the menu and this were see-able in game too when you press pause this would be very helpful.

I don‘t understand why we don‘t have the chat after a game on console. I would like to read what some people write. I know some messages, maybe most would be toxic.
I would like a chat like in other games to communicate with others, so that you could maybe also find friends in game.

I wanted that chat after game too but everyone always sees the negatives and not the positives when it comes to it. I think it comes down to "will it make us money?", if that answer is a "No" then they don't even bother. That's my assumption anyway.

There used to be an XBOX keyboard attachment that you could buy; same with playstation, not sure if they do it anymore though. But keyboards in general, you can just get a nice cheap one for £20 lol.

So I should buy a keyboard for my Xbox and then not use it for DBD since it's not supported for gameplay, and also not use it for a chat box that's not there... I dunno about all that.

idk about XBOX but on PS5 K&M is supported. I don't mean buy the keyboard now, I mean if they decide to add this chatbox lol
