Bot Self Heal Issue

Across many trials now I've noticed that when a bot that has Self-Heal is unhooked, they'll immediately begin to heal themselves in place. They won't run to a safer area to heal, they won't accept heals from other survivors. They stay at the hook and self-heal until they're forced into a chase by the killer or they get downed/hooked again.
This is not map-dependent, killer-dependent, survivor-dependent. So long as the bot has the perk Self-Heal, they're easy BPs for the killer.
