Nerf clown bottle
Clown bottle may need a nerf in how it doesn't affect the killer speed when it is aiming the bottle, when it is doing the throw. Like the huntress f.e.
It needs a nerf in those.
Also could be a 4.4/4.5 killer, not a 4.6, because its a projectiles killer basically. Like huntress, trickster, deathslinger. Why just those are 4.4 and clown isn't?

Because it can't injure you? That's quite a big difference

He used to be like that... They removed it because he was a terrible killer, and he is not that much better right now. However I think he should be made less annoying with the blurry screen and just being showered in bottles when going for another tile is just super annoying.

what is the point of a bottle that speed you up if your slower then normal speed? use your logic.
If the killer is 4.6 and you get slowed for 15% for 2.5 seconds. 0.6*2.5 second is 1.5 meters of distanced gained compare to other killers
If your 4.4, you lose 0.2 m/s every second. your better off being 4.6 with no ability then having an ability that gives 1.5 meters of distance temporally. clown is not slowed because it is counter-intuitive towards... the function of the ability.

You're joking right? Clown is one of the weakest killers in the game. Also Huntress can injure you from range, Clown can't.

Stop speculating without anyone assuming anything, friend xD, he is a killer projectile and a slow-mo should be applied to him as well as to others when aiming/shooting. Just as it affects others, if not let's make all the killers penetrating this little slow-mo.

How can't injure you, the slow-mo bottle applies to a survivor it's literally a free hit, also it can use the yellow bottle to speed itself up. It should get slowed when doing those actions

so you think wraith should be slower during his cloaking animation? because it makes him faster and give him an easy hit after his uncloak

Clown is very weak cause he may have a strong power if used correctly, he has no environment pressure.
Nerfing Clown's only good qualities will just destroy the fun for the remaining clown players.
Open suggestions to just destroy a Killer is just no good. No thanks.

What exactly would be point of having power for movement speed when you nerf base movement speed?
And it's not free hit at all, it doesn't matter how much slowed you are when you have pallet/window nearby.

Yes, they want us to have no power, or at very least a power they can counter like Nemesis, Wesker, Singularity, and Xenomorph

He is already one of the worst killers in the game. He has a decent chase but that's it. He has no mobility. If you use his yellow bottles then you either lost the time you made with he speed on the reload (you actually lose more distance than you gained, I did some tests in customs) or you're just a m1 killer with no power if you dont reload. Let's not nerf somebody that doesn't need nerfs.

a killer should not be slower if the point of the power is making him fast, that´s the point

His projectiles don't do damage, also he used to be slowed for using bottles but it got removed because it just made him feel sluggish, imagine using a bottle to slow survivors but it also slows you just to use it, it was bad then and it would feel bad now
