Can we report people for teaming with the killer?

More an more games i notice people are hiding all game only to be let go at the end or they walk round the map with the killer calling people out.

You can if it's like you said where they show the killer where others are. It's fun to goof around with the killer from time to time but that is too far. You'll need to record it however as it is hard to prove people are doing stuff like that. If it works it works, if it doesn't then no harm done.
