PS4 Dedicated server error causing loss of item and add-ons multiple times

So I was playing a match against the deathslinger I had run out of the med kits that I was using so I swapped over to the yellow toolbox which I had two of after the game I got the dedicated server error and to double check if it's Theory I had a while ago was correct both of my yellow tool boxes were consumed in a single match. I assume what happened was the match ended and I lost my toolbox and when the dedicated server error booted me back to the end game Lobby the game thought I had lost another match with the same item and thus consumed another offering item and add-ons despite me having only played one game
