Fix Crouching preventing Nemesis Tentacle and Demo Shred from hitting in many places.

It's just so unfun. I just had a guy crouch outside of a Shack door and my Shred misses.... are you serious? People crouching and I can clearly see them but it hits the window instead of the Survivor... just, why? How is this sort of thing still in the game? This isn't counterplay, the counterplay is being able to dodge the attacks.

I agree. crouch tech is silly. reactive counter-play vs killer power is not good because it allows the player to be consistent at doing exact same strategy over and over.

counter-play for killer should be predictive counter-play so that the player cannot do same thing over and over again and has to guess what the killer is going to do to make the right play.
