Frame drops/lag spikes in games PC

Since the latest update I'm getting a lot of dropped frames/lagging in matches. All my games today have been facing Chucky so I'm not able to say if it's just the new killer with these problems. It seems to be when Chucky is close by and making hooks.

Also getting drops in the menus.

Am I the only one?

I'll add to this post if anything else comes up.
