The Oni blighted skin mask not showing when in game

When i put on the Oni blighted skin "Bursting With Fury" the mask will not load in the trial and it will be just the face underneath the mask with a red blob which represents the eye on the mask its self i do not know if this problem is on any other platform as i play on PC it is kinda annoying as its a good looking outfit.
