Sometimes when i play with Chucky i get this bug, camera mode is not third-person and the game is unplayable only if i hook someone the bug fixes himself https://file.io/ZYZH71A0Qp5e

Came here to report same issue. It happens when picking up a glyph as Chucky. Current workaround I have found is to break a pallet or breakable wall.

I also had this problem, you can also fix it by vaulting.
