Glitched Pallets and Other spots

Today while playing on Nostromo Wreckage and The Underground Complex Multiple pallets are glitched and when running into them on the Complex you get stopped like on a wall with nothing there. Killer acknowledged it at the end as well. On Nostromo, I got stuck on random rocks and could not move, all I could do was spin in circles
