(Good guy) doing a non chained scamper action shouldnt allow chucky to use slice & dice instantly.
Am talking about when people just get into hide-ho mode to go under a pallet and charge instantly slice & dice afterwards with hug tech; makes 0 sense that chucky can do this if we compare this with Wesker and legion, those killers had downsides and counterplay on this type of cases around pallets / windows but chucky just ignores all of this for free making him almost better than blight at tunneling.
My suggestion: just add a 3 seconds delay before people can use slice & dice after doing a non chained scamper action ; totally leaving chaining rushes on slice & dice as they are .
saying this because i dont want this killer to be overhated and am pretty sure it will if this problem doesnt get solved sooner (people playing like this on high MMR is just unhealthy and uninteresting so far).

Personally i would just outright remove the ability to go under pallets without dashing. Just using his power as a way to ignore pallets is by far the worse and most boring way to play the killer.

agreed - to some extents - my issue is that this killer can ignore even the most unsafe pallet and still be effective unlike wesker and legion due to being able to use slice and dice after going under pallets - which makes him even stronger on tiles that are already weaker for survivor making him really opressive and it doesnt feel earned either as killer.

what do you mean? this is his bread and butter gameplay. vault into slice & dice into hug tech is exactly he is suppose to work. This is what makes him so powerful because he can entirely ignore all loop design in the game if he uses his dash correctly. main issue is only cooldown. you have to wait forced cooldown to do anything because going around pallets as 4.4 vs safe pallet is irrelevant. It takes too long to do anything.
