Chucky feels perfect, just needs a shorter Cooldown on his ability

I've done about 50 games as, and 50 games against chucky by now, and I Can say I am loving both ends of it. It's super fun to loop Chucky, and he's got the jump scare factor of scratch mirror Myers built in, which always make for some screams. The one thing I've noticed however, is that whether you land a hit or not, you are taking at least 20 seconds just to use your power again, which feels really just... bad. I still believe he is at least an A tier killer, but with how long the power cool down is compared to a killer like blight, it just feels disproportionate. When juking Chucky, It feels like he is just stuck playing catch up after a slice and dice and just an awkward fumble around the loop while he waits for his power to come back. Perhaps make some of his cooldown add ons base kit and nerf the add ons themselves, kinda like you guys did with the Jump rope add on!

Like a follow up blink attack from nurse has a WAY shorter cooldown, that ignores walls AND pallets, so I am not sure why he has a much more punishing cooldown than Blight/Nurse when they have add ons that make them just as stealthy.
