Is The Doctor Bugged?

Latest patch is great but I just noticed playing The Doctor that on the killer selection screen he no longer menaces like the other killers. Is this a bug? I hope it wasn't intentional! Last patch and all the others before it, the Doctor stood there cackling, hunched, brandishing his shock stick, like a proper mad scientist. Now he just stands there like a lump. Is it a bug? Love the Doctor, love Chucky, love the game, keep up the good work!
