Some Chucky Tweaks Based on his add ons

  1. His Cooldown by default it way too long consider killers like nurse and blight are much faster and Nurse can even ignore walls with a much shorter cool down.
  2. Make part of the power drill add on basekit, by decreasing the base cooldown, and lower the value of the Power drill add on.
  3. Same thing for Automatic Screwdriver
  4. Buff the value for the Electric carving knife, as it really is minimal at 5% 10% would be better
  5. Lastly, for pile of nails, just make it so when exiting Hidey-ho by any means it activates, that would make it worth while of a purple add on!
