Can Chucky be bodyblocked by survivors?

I unhooked Yoichi. I went to heal him up. I hear Chucky grunting close by (no terror radius) and it was coming from inside one of the Badham preschool houses. I ran to the doorway to block him from downing Yoichi. Chucky ran right past/through me and downed him anyway.

    Yeah pretty sure he is supposed to be blockable - unlike Onryo for example. Though Chucky is smaller than all other killers - not only his model but his collision hitbox as well!
