Back-To-Back Survivor Challenge does not stay completed

Hello! I recently noticed that when I completed the Back-To-Back challenge, I was not able to turn in the challenge after the match.
At first, I thought I had to survive the match for the challenge to be marked completed, but the second time I completed the challenge I did manage to escape.
Unfortunately, there seems to be a bug preventing the challenge from remaining completed after exiting a match.
I wasn't able to get a screenshot unfortunately, but I noticed that there are other reports of this bug.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Make 3 consecutive great skill checks with the Technician Perk equipped when repairing a generator.
Complete the match.
Attempt to turn in challenge
This issue has occurred 100% of the times I have completed the challenge in a match.
