This has probably been brought up before; I have an idea on how it could work and be incorporated into old maps.I'd like to call it Vigo's Challenge. Swap generators for crates and add a more too, forcing survivors to continuously search. Within these crates COULD be a key to A HATCH somewhere on the map.Skill checks could cause a sound que (animate the lid on the crate slapping on the survivors hand and your survivor screaming in pain.) there could be even be a threshold before hatches are spawned or used (check X amount of crates before keys/hatchs spawn.) A time limit could be instated where survivors are less likely to find a key the longer the match drags on or hatches disappear. Only one survivor per hatch though. Maybe a mechanic for killers to bury/hid hatches, forcing them to move even and deny survivors escape.An example of this, a killer walks up on a survivor trying to open a hatch, said killer chase them off and then buries the hatch forcing to search for that hatch again a delaying their escape. Even just a specific map structured as a Maze in the vain of most maze puzzles.

TLDR;

A New Game mode

Vigo's Challenge

  • Swap Generators with crates and add more
  • Remove exit gates and add Three hatchs
  • Dummy crates for additional sound ques and wasted time for survivors
  • Search crates for one possible key
  • skill checks with sound ques on failure while searching crates
  • Keys only work for one hatch
  • One survivor per hatch
  • It takes time to open a hatch
  • Skill checks on hatches too
  • Give killer's the ability to Hide/Bury hatches
  • Possible time limit/requirement before hatches spawn/despawn/move
  • Maybe a special map for the release of this game mode in the vain of a typical maze

any thoughts on this?
