Survivor is a miserable chore
I'm either tunneled at 4-5 gens, proxy camped or slugged and left to bleed out in about 90% of my games.
Survivor just hasn't been fun at all for awhile and I find myself on killer most of the time now and it's got nothing to do with dying and losing it's about how.
The only other thing to do when that happens is sit on gens but gens are so freaking boring and it's been almost 8 years with no changes to the gen game play. We NEED a bit change so it's not such a boring game on both ends.
Maybe we have to find the generators parts through various parts chests around the map and install them only being able to carry one at a time and it takes up your item slot until you drop or install it like flashbang or nemi syringe.
Idk something needs to change it's so boring. Killer is way more fun (when you aren't obliterated by swf p100 that is)

I get those games once in awhile but they aren't the norm. What usually ruins my games are team mates, which I think is ultimately a failure of matchmaking.

It's funny I get bleed out a lot when someone kills themself on hook lol. I mean my game was ruined and there is almost no chance of winning at that point and somehow the killer BMs more in those cases. It just shows the kind of losers BHVR has attracted to their game with their incompetent balancing and/or their lack of giving a ######### about solo players. Like if you ######### on hook immediately that should be a DC penalty, common sense really. I know coding simple ######### must be hard for the dev team.

Doing gens is fine as a bit of a cool-down from a chase. If you spend 30+ seconds in chase, get put on hook, pulled off hook, healed, and then you go on a gen for a bit while someone else takes the heat, that gives dynamic tension to the game. It gives breathing room.
Of course, that all goes out the window if you're in chase, and back in chase the second you're off hook, until you're dead. Or if you're on hook for several minutes while the killer stares at you. Or you're slugged out.

I understand my friend. I've become a killer main because the solo que experience. Either your team is great and you wipe the killer out or the killer stomps your team into the ground. There's no middle ground for solo anymore it seems. I miss the close matches where two survivors on death hook screamed out the door with a angry killer right behind them.
