Not receiving any calendar rewards

We were supposed to receive rewards every day for logging in during December. However, ever since December 1st I've been opening the game every day, multiple times a day in fact, and I haven't received anything yet.

I'm tier 85 in the rift so I know I wouldn't even see the fragments being awarded after logging in (I've had it happen before), but I should be seeing the bloodpoints and shards which I don't.

I'm on PlayStation, PS5 version, EU.

    The first shards reward will be in around 6 hours, are you sure you did not receive the bloodpoints?

    Oh yeah, no shards in fact, I'm looking at the calendar now.

    However, I still didn't get the BPs. If I received them, then they got "shadow" added ๐Ÿ˜” After logging in I was very observant of everything on the screen to see what I received and didn't see anything appear.

    Yesterday I opened the game before the time new things are usually awarded (5/6PM CET), obviously I wouldn't receive the fragments. But then I restarted 2 times after 6PM on purpose to get something and still nothing happened...

    Maybe just the "notification" is bugged? I will be checking today for the shards of course.

    It could be that the notification did not appear or that you accidentally skipped it.

    Be sure to check today if you receive the reward, if that's not the case, let us know here and we'll forward the report.

    I got the shards, so I guess I'm just blind then ๐Ÿ™ˆ Though I will be monitoring the BPs in case there's a problem with those ๐Ÿ˜
