PC - First person chucky after communing red glyph

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, commune red glyph
Step 4 : Notice the game goes first person as chucky (tiffany skin)

played as chucky (Tiffany skin)
played on Ormond
perks were Lethal Pursuer, Game Afoot, Friends 'til the End, Nemesis

It happened again under the same circumstance except it was the artist map this time and i let someone flashlight me which fixed the issue

breaking a door also fixes the bug
