Error code 4 - Anticheat

For over a month now I've had an anticheat error that knocks me down in the middle of the game and punishes me... this error started and I still haven't been able to resolve it... I just received a 24-hour punishment because of the error. Someone help me? I've tried to resolve it in several ways and nothing.
