Is STBFL bugged on Nemesis?

Guys, have you noticed any recent bug with STBFL? Yesterday I was playing against a Nemesis and he didn't use his tentacle, just his primary attack. At several times he missed the attack, but he recovered extremely quickly. I was sure he was using Unrelenting, but I confirmed he wasn't. The only perk he used that could explain this was STBFL. My friends who were playing with me also noticed this strange pattern.

    STBFL doesn't help with recovering missed attacks, only landed attacks. Unless you got the timing wrong, the only perk that hastens the recovery of missed basic attacks is Unrelenting.

    Also, Unrelenting also works when hitting zombies. Not related, but still cool.
