I have an idea for a new villain

The new villain that I have in mind is a creature that can transform into any of the players and blend in with them as if it's one of them. And he can be revealed by changing back into his self to strike at them but he cannot strike at them while he is in human form. Please let me know if you like this idea I have more feedback on it I just wanted to give you a rough draft of what I had in mind.
