BHVR's 3 Gen Solution and Maps

While I don't have a problem with BHVR's intent to address 3 gen strat, what about MAPS that encourage 3 gen strat?

For example:

Azarov's Resting Place

Sufforcation Pit

Sanctum of Wrath (kinda)

Maps like these encourage Killer's without an alternate speed/teleportation (M1 killers) to play one side of the map because it's not worth chasing and downing someone on one side of the map just to have 2 gens pop as you make your way to the other side.

Does BHVR intend to look into map design's as well?
