Loud/Quiet survivors & unfair skill checks
If I'm not mistaken, about a year ago you said that you would make all survivors equally loud, and that's still not the case. This influences the pick rates of survivors, and people will tend to pick Ace or Ada, since they are very quiet (you can lose Ada in chase quite easily sometimes, and finding her or Ace on the floor based on sound can be very hard), and tend to avoid loud survivors like Ash, Jeff or Jane.
When can we expect this change, so people stop avoiding certain survivors based on their loudness?
I also think it's been at least 2 years since you said you would address the unfair skill checks - normal skill checks that proc at the same moment that you get off a gen or stop healing someone, and they instantly fail and alert the killer, as well as often ruin the completion of an almost completed gen. It is unfair, because there's no way to counter it reliably. You cannot hit that skill check because it instantly fails. I'm pretty sure you said that you would make it work like Overcharge, so that when the skill check procs at the time of letting go, it will continue and we will be able to hit it (or miss it).
When can we expect this change? These unhittable skill checks have been a great source of frustration for everyone that plays survivor. They have nothing to do with someone's focus or skills, it's just random bad luck.

I think the opposite should happen. Each time a survivor stops an action, it should increase the chances of a guaranteed failed skill check, to discourage survivors from excessively pre leaving generators to hide. This would help fix the 3 gen problem, which is partially caused by survivors excessively hiding.

You do realize that survivors leave gens to go save a teammate, because the killer is approaching, or because they go to the exit gates while the teammate finishes the gen? Insta-fail skill checks should not exist, because they are uncounterable. If they worked like Overcharge, survivors would still be able to fail them (but that would be on the skill of survivor, not an RNG that you cannot do anything about).
Also, killers nowadays have a plethora of tracking perks, so hiding isn't as viable anymore. :) Nowhere to Hide, Ultimate Weapons, Chucky's perk, etc.

Yes, I realize that many survivors are excessively pre leaving generators at the first sign of a visual terror radius, so they can excessively hide. Insta fail skill checks are healthy for the game, and should happen more.

I completely agree. They should be like overcharge skill checks. You leave the gen and the skill check goes with you.

"Excessive pre-leaving" and "excessive hiding" are Killer Rulebook nonsense that you post about in every thread you possibly can. It's getting ridiculous.

Agreed. It's called smart play. Easiest way not to get hit by the killer? Don't be there when looks for you. I'm a killer main and even I can't fault them for pre running.
