Give Visual Feedback Before Triggering Singularity's Anti-Facecamp Mechanic

A massive pain point that I experience (and that I see a lot of other players experience) with Singularity is opening his cameras while standing too close to a hooked survivor causes an anti-facecamp mechanic to trigger: upon closing the camera, he's extremely sluggish, and can't interact with his power or even use a Basic Attack for at least 6 seconds.

This anti-facecamp mechanic is incredibly punishing for merely using stealth near the hook, especially considering characters like Bubba, Hillbilly, Myers, and Oni are allowed to instadown near the hook with no repercussions, but sure I think it's a worthwhile mechanic to leave in.

However, an extremely annoying part of using Singularity's power is having to guess when the anti-facecamp mechanic is going to trigger. With no visual feedback indicating that using a camera is about to trigger the sluggish anti-facecamp mechanics, a lot of players check cams near a hook thinking they're safe to do so, and then get upset when it makes them slow. New Singularity players don't understand why it happens, and in practical gameplay it often makes you so slow that it can cause you to lose an objective (gen, unhook, or Basic Attack hit).

At the end of the day, when playing Singularity, I often find myself saying that if I had known opening a camera where I was standing would have triggered the anti-facecamp mechanic, I wouldn't have done it in the first place. But I have no way of knowing when that will happen; I have to use complete guesswork to determine when it will kick into effect.

I think it would be very helpful for ease-of-use on Singularity and make him slightly less difficult to play if there was some visual feedback for the anti-facecamp mechanic before we activate it!
