How to unlink your account from the Behavior website?

I’m trying to unlink my epic account from my account on the site, they write to me to confirm by writing “REMOVE”, which I do, but then an error pops up:

I turned off cross-play in the game settings and I know the consequences after unlinking (namely, resetting the account to the state it was in before unlinking) on https://support.deadbydaylight.com they tell me that I need to go to https://account.bhvr.com, but this error pops up there, and another plus is that support does not work on https://account.bhvr.com
