Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Remove Buckle Up + For the People Exploit

Just played a 3/4 SWF squad abusing this exploit -- yes it's an exploit. You're only using the healing action for like 0.5 seconds. Anyway -- they used The Game offering, which we all know is the most survivor sided map notorious for its safe pallets. Always at least 1 person on generators while 1 or more are following close behind whenever I am chasing someone to pick them up with endurance for 10 seconds right after I down them. 10 seconds is plenty of time on a map like The Game to find another safe pallet loop. I had to tunnel and camp otherwise they'd do it over and over. It's not fun nor fair. Make it so For the People does not proc Buckle Up and you're actually required to use the healing action until they're 100%.

Or make For The People work like this:

"When performing a healing action on another Survivor for longer than 2 seconds press the Active Ability button to fully heal one health state of the Survivor." Obviously it would still apply Broken yada-yada.

    No, is not an exploit

It’s not an exploit, it’s an intended synergy. It’s like calling pain resonance/ultimate weapon + deadman switch an exploit.

It's a op combo that has no real counterplay and it can feel horrible and unfair buuuuuuuut........ It's not an exploit.

I can't imagine the devs thought of this 2 perk combo when they made the change to Buckle Up (because it has literally no counterplay whereas the other perk combos you all listed do), so I called it an exploit. Regardless of whether you agree or disagree of my opinion -- it doesn't change the fact it is overpowered and must be changed immediately. I still stand in saying Buckle Up should not trigger from For the People, and you're actually required to use the healing action to heal to full health.
