Overcharge Skill Checks Should Automatically Fail if You Tap a Generator

I started talking about generator tapping in https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/399600/remove-ability-for-survivors-to-tap-generators#latest and the discussion of Overcharge came up. I think it's inconsistent that you're able to tap an overcharged generator and leave it and have the opportunity to complete the skill check when any other time you leave a generator during a skill check, the generator becomes damaged. I think Overcharge skill checks should automatically fail and damage the generator if you touch a generator and stop the repair action immediately. I highly doubt it was originally intended for you to be able to do the skill check while you're not working on it, thus a bug.
