Just played a game on Azarov’s Resting Place which had 3 jungle gyms in a row (L wall and T wall) all through the middle of the map and also a match on the Thompson house with 2 jungle gyms and a loop with a window and pallet in between.
Those kind of loops are very difficult to get a hit in without bloodlust or just leaving chase all together and hoping nobody else notices them, not to mention how unbalanced blood lodge is for killer as well. Hopefully some of these maps can be looked and balanced a bit better.

One reason for maps being unbalanced is the randomness of spawns. Remember, spawn isn't always to the killer's disadvantage. Azarov's is a good example for that.
