Hillbilly Update

I want to share with my suggestions about Hillbilly's Update. What changes I would suggest.

• Playing Billy without Doom Engravings / Death Engravings is very uncomfortable and simply creates a bad experience in our matches. Hillbilly simply needs one of these two addons. That's my suggestion to increase his Chainsaw Sprint movement speed from 9.2 m/s to at least 9.8 m/s.
• Hillbilly's Chainsaw cooldowns have very bad design, because it always punishes you at the same level. It doesn't matter you successfuly downed someone with a Chainsaw or you missed / bumped into something. The cooldown is always 3 seconds. I would reccomend to completely change numbers.

a) Let's decrease Chainsaw cooldown after missed Chainsaw Attack from 3 seconds to 2.5 seconds.

b) Let's decrease Chainsaw cooldown after successful Chainsaw Attack from 3 seconds to 2 seconds.

• Most of his addons are simply bad and useless. He needs many changes to his addons. Some of my suggestions.

1. Heavy Clutch | New Effect | Increases Chainsaw Revving movement speed by 3.5%.
2. Junkyard Air Filter | New Effect | Decreases Chainsaw cooldown after missed Chainsaw Attack by 15%.
3. Steel Toe Boots | Buff | Decreases Chainsaw cooldown when bumping into an object by 20% (was 12%).
4. Big Buckle | New Effect | Successful Chainsaw Attack grants Undetectable Status Effect for 25 seconds.
5. Death Engravings | Nerf | Increases Chainsaw Sprint movement speed by 10% (was 15%).
6. Off Brand Motor Oil | New Effect | Decreases Chainsaw cooldown after successful Chainsaw Attack by 25%.
7. Punctured Muffler | New Effect | Decreases time required to charge a Chainsaw by 5%.
8. Black Grease | New Effect | Decreases Chainsaw cooldown after missed Chainsaw Attack by 20%.
9. Doom Engravings | Nerf | Increases Chainsaw Sprint movement speed by 15% (was 20%).
10. Leavy Mash | New Effect | Ending a Chainsaw Sprint grants Undetectable Status Effect for 15 seconds.
11. Pig House Gloves | New Effect | Grants ability to see Survivors Auras within 10 meters during a Chainsaw Sprint state.
12. Spiked Boots | Buff | Removed Bumping Penalty.
13. Tuned Carburetor | Change | Decreases time required to charge a Chainsaw by 12% (was 25%). Removed movement speed penalty.
14. Iridescent Brick | Buff | Grants Undetectable Status Effect immediately instead of 2 seconds timer.
15. Apex Muffler | New Effect | Successful Chainsaw Attack grants ability to see Survivor Auras within 24 meters for the next 6 seconds.

Note: Death Engravings / Doom Engravings nerfs, because of base kit increased movement speed.

I think Hillbilly with these changes would perfrom good and he wouldn't be too strong at current state of Dead By Daylight. He requires a lot of skill and experience.
