is killer bonification bugged??

since chucky release i havent seen killer 100% bonification. It usually takes 1 or 2 days to come back as usual bc the hype of new chapter. But 2 weeks after and its still like that?? whaaat
im tired of playing survivor for farming BP
Before the DLC drop. It was usual to have bonification for killer at night, now its everytime as survivor
