Soooo, will Surveillance ever get buffed?

It's been almost a year since miss Piggy came out and I would've expected Surveillance to get a buff by now. Practically no one uses that perk cause of how ineffective it is. The white aura should last for at least 30-45 seconds or you could update the perk to instead give a noise notification when the gen is touched during the 16 second period. One of these two buffs will at least make the perk a bit useful, y'know.

    it'll be buffed right after these changes:
    -Freddy Buff
    -Hatch Rework
    -Decisive Strike Nerf / Rework

    with other words:
    probaply never.
    we can dream though...
