Green Glyph Challenge Not Spawning Multiple Glyphs

Platform: XBOX SERIES X

Issue: While having the Glyph Persuer challenge from LVL 4 of the rift, I noticed it was only Spawning 1 Glyph despite multiple generators being finished and multiple survivors getting hooked.
