Just yesterday my friend and i played against a Onryõ on Garden of Joy, and twice she was indefinitely invisible to me upstairs by the generator in the main building and she had no add-ons effecting her invisibility duration, my friend (ComfyRain) also had an encounter where he was unable to see the Onryõ at all meanwhile i was nearby and she was fully visible (not demanifested or in the process of manifesting)
