Have xenomorph's tunnels/control stations been changed?

A few days ago I noticed that often the control stations of Xenomorphs tunnels no longer spawn near generators. Sometimes there are even two right next to each other in dead zones, while a whole part of the map with several generators doesn't have a single control station.

This takes a lot of map control away from the xenomorph and makes the tunnels completely useless in some cases.

Is this a bug or is it intentional? In any case, this change should be reversed so that the interesting part of Xenomorph's ability does not become useless.

Because event objects took over the potential spawn place instead of control station.

Control Stations actually spawn on potential Chest spawn sites. Which are shared by Chests (ofc) and also Event objects. (Same goes for other killer objects like Jigsaw boxes and EMPs, although I think only Control Stations and TVs also have a 'closest to gen' claus in addition)

This is how Control Station locations can be manipulated by using Coin offerings.

More potential objects means more rng competition, so the sites closest to gens might not always be available.

Yeah it'd be the snow piles and snowmen interfering with spawn sites
