Problem with "Bone Chill" event awards

Platform: PC/Steam. On the first day of the event, an error occurred when purchasing event items for the event currency. The item has not been added to my inventory. This problem is being observed by me and several other friends of mine. Please help and fix it. After purchasing the rewards for the "ice trinkets", the rewards are not displayed in the inventory of the characters. I thought Jeff's clothes were inseparable, but they're not. I rebooted the game and the computer, but it didn't work.
