Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

light footed should also work while injured

i don't really see a reason for it not to. it currently only silences your steps when healthy.

reducing the cooldown a little might also be nice

The whole point of the perk is to be able to peel away from any tile you want to without the Killer hearing you do so. Why would it need to work while injured when you're grunting up a storm?

And/or use it to follow the Killer with Breakout without them hearing you behind them.

It's perfectly fine as it is.

Never seen anyone run this perk once and it has %0.9 usage rate on NL to give us an idea. I don't think that screams "perfectly fine" but rather "hot garbage". Just like all of Ripley's perks.

Buffing a perk like this just to get it picked more is silly. Considering what it does has a very strong effect for what it's designed for. You run silently, pretty much negating all mindgame attempts by a Killer that has no LOS on you. They have to make a blind prediction on your movement at a tile, while not knowing if you are even still there or not.

Buffing this perk to also work while injured would only make sense if iron will is 100% silent

It goes on a cooldown too by rushed vaults by the way as if it's doing something spectacular and most tiles have vaults so it's even more limited than not working during injured LOL. Yay, got lightfooted value for 2 seconds... Sad.

I'm not saying it's the best perk in the game. But tampering with number values or additional effects is a good way to make it problematic. Not every perk is usable in every situation.

And in situations when you are forced to vault early in a chase, then that's just something that is bound to happen from time to time. Most of the time you'll be able to keep it active for a good while before needing to vault something. And in those situations you should be trying to peel away and evade the killer to get huge distance or lose them altogether.
