Pyramid Head: Buffs for the Killer and Survivors

A few months ago, there was an experimental PTB which allowed The Executioner to inflict Torment via direct Punishment of the Damned hits. This wasn't well-received and subsequently reverted due to tunneling potential.

This post aims to provide a remedy; both re-buffing Pyramid Head, whilst conserving the fairness towards Survivor & gameplay flow.

[Idea]

The Executioner can once again inflict Torment via Punishment of the Damned, BUT: Any Survivor with an active Endurance effect, or Deep Wound effect, is unaffected by Torment.

Cages of Atonement now also give Survivors the Endurance effect for 60 seconds + the basekit Haste effect that hooks give.

This will help to eliminate The Executioner's ability to tunnel relentlessly off of hooks/cages, whilst also making Cages of Atonement appear more frequently in regular gameplay.

That wouldn’t make him better. I only want that his barbed wire stays longer on the ground.

Also his addons could be made better.
