Shouldn't Bubba's chainsaw have a passive effect?

Like a much better hemorrhage effect? They'll bleed profusely and leave a ton of trails of blood behind? There are some items that won't work when you have this effect like syringes.

Its passive effect is insta downing a Survivor

maybe survivor bleed out on the floor faster. that could be what his knock-out perk is referencing. he has add-on that inflicted mangled and hemorrhage but they make no sense because.... base-kit instant does not care about healing..... and the base-kit bubba chainsaw is too weak to use those add-on's.
