The Executioner freeze frame bug

Hello I've been playing the Executioner on Xbox one but have been encountering an issues. When I play on maps such as Shelter woods and family residence I start freezing immediately upon initiation of rites of judgement. I have reproduced this bug by playing on these maps and I encounter this bug everytime I play The executioner on said maps. I cannot submit a video right now, If you want video proof please let me know in the reply and I figure a way. Thank you very much!
