healing challenge wont work tome 1

in tome 1 - awakening the challenge appeal to heal in level 2 have to fully deplete 6 med-kits it wont work i have heal twice one brown witch i did bring in game another got yellow-medkit and they were empty platform is ps5 versio 7.4.2
