I have noticed that after Chucky hooks the obsession with this perk in Tier II, after the generators are complete, the new obsession just screams.
The new obsession does not get any FttE Notification, nor do they display the Exposed status effect.
This has happened to me twice now as the Survivor becoming the obsession after the generators are repaired, but before the exit gates are open.

Were they not getting Exposed even after hooking another (non-obsession) survivor? Hooking the obsession will transfer the obsession to a new survivor and cause that survivor to scream, but does not apply any additional effects at that moment. You’re not meant to retroactively get the Exposed effect at the same time as that, you need to get another hook on a non-obsession for that to happen.

Oh I see. It happened to me as Survivor. I was not the obsession at first.
I turned into the obsession in the middle of opening the exit gates but did not get the notification nor was I Exposed. So I guess it is working properly.
