server crashes on the endgame screen

im on ps4 not sure if this issue effects any other platforms but its been this way since alien came out. Everytime the match is over and takes me to the endgame screen, I press continue and its a black screen or the loading dbd logo for a few mins then goes back to the end game screen and says server not responding. Really annoying and wastes so much time. This occurs almost every game.
